Everyone should report the problems they find at the campus. The optimal report is made to the person responsible for the function that is failing. In case you don´t know who´s responsible you can always report to Campus management.
The department where the printer is situated is responsible for paper, toner etc.
e.g. drains, electricity, permanent furnishing, elevators, cooling, sanding, snow clearing, radiators, ventilation, WC, etc.
Make your maintenance request to Akademiska Hus. Preferably register as a professional service booker and accept that your maintenance request is shown to other users. This way you make it possible for the Campus management to make follow ups on the matter without your interference.
Urgent maintenance requests are made by phone: 018-68 32 04 to Akademiska Hus.
Turn to Campus management for furnishing, signposting, technical equipment in lecture rooms and such are reported by E-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
